The house has a garage and a large terrace with a swimming-pool, terrace furniture, deck chairs and an integrated grill. It can be rented by a maximum of six people (see

Owing to its favourable location our holiday home is only 10 car minutes away from a sandy beach as well as the historic old town of Naples with its various shopping opportunities and possibilities to stroll around.

Naples is a very well-kept and beautiful town with personality atmosphere. The old part of the town has preserved a lot of its southern Caribbean charm. The townscape is characterized by elegant shopping streets (Third Street, 5th Avenue) lovingly renovated two-storey houses with wrought-iron balconies dating from the 1920s, paved courtyards and neat streets

shaded by palms or tropical trees. Old Tin City, the old fishing harbour with the Neapolitan fishers boatyards next to the Gorden River Bridge, has been restored and converted into a small shopping centre. Several restaurants and street cafés are open to visitors. It is from here that pleasure boats sail for deep-sea fishing and sunset outings. Or you can visit the highly recommendable County Collier Museum which traces the history of the region from the first settlement by Indian natives through to the present.

A particular point of pride are the cultural institutions, for example the Philharmonic Center. One of the most original is Americas biggest teddy bear museum, home to several thousand large and small teddy bears from all over the world. In the Collier Automobile Museum you can admire about 70 vintage and veteran cars in running order, classic sports and racing cars as

well as Americas biggest Porsche collection. In the Caribbean Gardens, Naples botanical and zoological gardens, you can walk for miles through the jungle park where visitors can see antilopes, alligators, tigers and monkeys. However, should you be more interested in art, more than 20 galleries will ensure that you get your moneys worth. Naples is, moreover, the worlds golfing metropolis. With more than 55 golf courses it has the highest of holes per inhabitant than anywhere else in the States.
Naples is widely known as a shopping paradise and its several special shopping centres cater to every taste. The Third Street South, for example, is the address of more than 80 exclusive shops. Not far from there, at the heart of Naples, lies Fifth Street where you can buy almost anything. Further attractions are the Old Marine Market Place, the above mentioned Dockside Boardwalk, Old Naples Seaport on Naples Bay, the Art Deco Hibiscus Center, The Village an Venetian Bay, Coastland Center, Saks Fifth Avenue or The Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay. Countless other shops wait to be discovered by you.

There is truly no shortage of restaurants in Naples. Such a wide range of international cuisine is offered that you can, if you desire, eat a different speciality every day of your holiday. There are plenty of recreational opportunities as well as numerous sports facilities in the area of Naples/Fort Myers. Miles of marvellous sandy beaches (easily

accessible by car or boat in only a few minutes), tennis, golf, bowling, beautiful crazy golf courses, riding and the whole panoply of water sports.
